Founding Documents

NENC Bylaws: The DONE-approved laws governing the structure and operations of the council. These are in addition to the overall DONE rules for neighborhood councils. Also, see the approval letter from DONE.
Board of Directors Orientation (PDF, 10Mb): Orientation for newly elected Board members, prepared by DONE. Includes a wealth of reference material relating to the Neighborhood Council system, DONE's guiding documents, the Brown Act, how to submit a Community Impact Statement, etc.

The NENC Approved Budget for 2006-2007: The DONE-approved budget for the NENC fiscal year from July 2006-June 2007.
